  • Intermediate knowledge in MS office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Effective written and speaking skills

Job role:

  • Processing all clear invoice as per the agreed timelines.
  • Dealing with external and internal queries from suppliers/staff
  • To complete all AP activities, Monthly and Yearly account closing activities instructed by the customer.
  • Updating KPI & SLA on daily/ Monthly basis
  • Time and cost saving ideas to be implemented in the process.
