Senior Technical Leadership Role

We seek a seasoned technical leader to drive the development of innovative power electronic systems. As the Head of Engineering, you will lead a team of engineers in designing, developing, and testing cutting-edge solutions for various applications, including renewable energy and vehicle charging infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in R&D management within the power electronics domain, with strong knowledge of power semiconductor devices, embedded systems, control algorithms, and hardware design.

This role involves leading a multidisciplinary team, defining and executing R&D strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products from concept to manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership of the engineering team
  • Define and execute R&D strategies to develop products meeting application requirements and specifications
  • Develop a manufacturing roadmap to support product execution
  • Oversee design, development, and testing of power electronic circuits, converters, inverters, controls, software, and integrated systems
  • Lead the creation of BOMs, test specifications, and technical documentation
  • Strong working knowledge of power-electronics selection and layout for Thyristors, IGBT, and SiC-MOSFET-based switching devices and circuits
  • Knowledge of mitigation of EMI/EMC issues with power electronics circuits is desired
