Hardware Leadership Role

We are seeking a seasoned Hardware Lead to spearhead the design and development of cutting-edge hardware solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in power electronics engineering and excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business strategy and execution
  • Lead the design and development of complex hardware systems, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and professional development
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise and input on proposal preparation

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Power Electronics Engineering, Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in Power supply for hardware design and Development
  • Proven competence working with power conversion topologies: DC-DC Regulator, AC-DC regulator power design, PFC, Fly back, LLC, Phase-Shifted full bridge
  • Hands-on experience in magnetic design like transformer, power component selection
  • Experience in EMI/EMC filter design
  • Strong understanding of PCB Schematics design and Layout guidelines as per Power Converters
  • Knowledge of Analog & Digital circuit design is an added advantage
  • Able to perform simulation using various tools (e.g., PSpice, LT Spice)
  • Able to develop test procedures and test the electronics circuit
  • Experience with tools for hardware version control and bug tracking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently
  • Ability to coordinate with various cross-functional teams like, PCB Design, Simulation, SCM, Firmware development, Application Development teams
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Schematics tools: Altium, Allegro, OrCAD
