Hardware Leadership Position

Our company is seeking an exceptional Hardware Lead to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation and deliver results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Job Description:

The Hardware Lead will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of hardware solutions across various projects. This includes collaborating with cross-functional teams, defining project scope and timelines, and ensuring that all technical requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Business Unit heads to define strategy and goals
  • Responsible and accountable for engineering execution and deliveries for customer projects globally
  • Work proactively with stakeholders to ensure successful execution and project reporting
  • Mentor team growth and create a conducive environment for success
  • Support sales teams in customer-facing activities and proposal preparation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Power Electronics Engineering, Communication Engineering, or Electrical Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in power supply design and development
  • Proven competence working with classic and resonant topologies
  • Hands-on experience in magnetic design and transformer selection
  • EMI/EMC filter design expertise
  • PCB Schematics design and Layout guidelines knowledge
  • Analog and digital circuit design skills
  • Simulation using tools like PSpice and LT Spice
  • Test procedures development and electronics circuit testing
  • Hardware version control and bug tracking tools experience
