Job Title: Data Optimization Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Data Optimization Specialist. The ideal candidate will have expertise in data-driven decision making and process improvement, with a passion for driving efficiency and results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage third-party data providers: Oversee the complete lifecycle of third-party data providers, from initial onboarding and comprehensive training to ongoing performance monitoring and compliance enforcement.
  • Develop strategic initiatives: Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance data accuracy, improve provider productivity, and optimize overall performance.
  • Identify performance gaps: Proactively identify performance gaps within provider operations and recommend data-backed solutions to achieve and exceed business targets.
  • Maintain relationships: Maintain relations with data providers by monitoring and communicating their key performance indicators regularly.
Performance Tracking & Reporting (MIS)
  • Design MIS systems: Design, develop, and maintain robust Management Information Systems (MIS) for comprehensive data performance reporting.
  • Track and analyze data: Track, analyze, and compare provider performance using a variety of data-driven metrics, including data accuracy reports.
  • Prepare reports: Prepare and disseminate daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and dashboards to internal stakeholders and external provider partners, highlighting key trends and insights.
  • Conduct performance tracking: Conduct in-depth performance tracking to monitor individual provider and portfolio-level data effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing strong performance.
Communication & Collaboration
  • Facilitate performance review calls: Facilitate regular performance review calls and quality assurance (QA) sessions with providers to ensure consistent application of strategies and alignment with organizational goals.
  • Address escalations: Address and resolve data-related escalations promptly and effectively, prioritizing positive customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Compliance, Legal, Product, and Tech on projects aimed at process optimization, new feature rollouts, and data enhancement.
Process Improvement & Compliance
  • Evaluate and refine processes: Continuously evaluate and refine data strategies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maximize operational outcomes and ensure strict adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Contribute to best practices: Contribute to the development of best practices in data management and optimization.
