Job Title: Technical Business Analyst
Description:
We are seeking a skilled professional to support the EDP platform, drive process improvement, and optimize cloud costs. This role will work closely with engineering, data, and vendor management teams to enhance infrastructure resiliency and efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze workflows and define key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform business decisions.
- Support AWS cloud cost optimization, including Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and anomaly detection.
- Assist with infrastructure monitoring, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, or related field.
- 3–5 years' experience in data analysis, business intelligence, and cloud operations.
- Strong skills in SQL, Python/R programming languages, and data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and FinOps practices.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Power BI/QuickSight or similar data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of infrastructure monitoring and cost optimization techniques.
- Preferred: AWS certifications, Databricks/Big Data exposure, and experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
