Operations Specialist Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving supply growth and managing on-ground operations across cities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Fleet Management: Build and maintain healthy supply in cities
  • Customer Satisfaction: Conduct CSAT/PSAT activities, driver research, and survey activities
  • Cross-Functional Support: Support GTM, marketing, legal, GR teams
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market share analysis and create plans to improve our footprint in the market
  • Recruitment: Search, hire, and retain offline and online recruiters
  • Relationship Building: Build relationships with local authorities for effective supply management
  • GTM Strategies: Build GTM strategies to onboard new and active drivers
  • Project Ownership: Take ownership of different new projects and initiatives to drive brand name in the market
  • Supply Channel Establishment: Identify supply gaps within different areas and establish new channels of acquisition
  • Travel: Extensive travel to different cities within the country to manage on-ground operations
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Leadership skills with at least 3 years of experience in managing large operational teams across different cities/regions
  • Strong analytical and qualitative skills with the ability to use data for solving large-scale operational challenges
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong understanding of supply ecosystem in a consumer tech environment
  • Startup experience
