You're looking for a career in customer service and travel, working independently with a strong attention to detail. We have an opportunity for a Night Shift Ticketing Executive.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing ticketing operations during evening and night hours. This will include booking, cancelling, rescheduling, and handling amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements. You'll also need to monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ticketing Operations
  • Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets
  • Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances as per client requirements
  • Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly
Customer Support
  • Provide customer service via calls, emails, and chats during the night shift
  • Assist clients with queries related to fares, routing, and policies
System Handling
  • Work on GDS platforms (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) for reservations and ticket issuance
  • Ensure accurate data entry and booking processes
Coordination
  • Liaise with airlines, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth ticketing operations
  • Update clients on travel schedules, changes, and airline policies
Reporting & Compliance
  • Maintain accurate transaction logs and prepare daily reports
  • Follow company policies and adhere to industry regulations

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  1. Minimum 1–2 years of proven experience in airline ticketing or travel services
  2. Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre)
  3. Strong knowledge of fare rules, airline ticketing policies, and international routing
  4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  5. Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities in a night shift setup
