Job Overview

As an Advertising Operations Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across Amazon's vast digital properties and platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams to drive campaign success. Key responsibilities include managing campaign set-up, executing quality assurance checks on ad creatives and landing pages, meeting business metrics and quality targets, and providing support in resolving ad operations issues.

  • Develop and implement effective strategies to optimize display ad campaigns across Amazon-owned and operated inventories as well as third-party platforms.
  • Perform rigorous quality assurance checks on campaigns, ad creative assets, and landing pages to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather campaign requirements, trafficking instructions, and performance data to inform decision-making.
  • Monitor campaign delivery, troubleshoot discrepancies, and maintain accurate records of campaign details and trafficking instructions.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in advertising operations, preferably within a digital advertising environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex campaign workflows.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
