
Senior Advertising Operations Manager

An experienced leader is needed to manage our advertising team. As a seasoned professional, you will oversee the execution of end-to-end campaigns and work closely with advertisers to deliver first-class service and advertising solutions.
About The Role- We are seeking an individual with 2-3 years of experience in handling teams and a proven track record in ad operations, online marketing.
- The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, creative vision, and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse employees.
- You will be responsible for building relationships with advertisers, analyzing campaign performance, and implementing optimizations to increase efficiency.
- As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of tailored solutions that meet clients' goals and collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Build solid relationships with advertisers and deliver high-quality advertising solutions.
- Execute end-to-end campaigns, liaising with advertisers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Analyze campaign performance against key metrics to identify areas for optimization.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase efficiency and drive high renewal rates.
- Monitor and communicate campaign progress through regular reports and insights.
- Track and own Ad Revenue goals shared by Business and deploy different ad-product strategies.
- Leverage data, targeting, and product channels to collaborate with other teams in developing tailored solutions.
- Troubleshoot technical or implementation issues and develop quick solutions.
- Serve as a source of market intelligence for other areas of the Advertising team.
- Co-lead monthly and quarterly reviews with advertisers.
- Drive operational excellence to ensure SLA adherence and client satisfaction.
- Prefered MBA degree
- Proven experience (6+ years) in ad operations, online marketing
- Team Handling with Amazon Ads experience is mandatory
- 2+ years working in an external client facing environment
- Creative and strategic vision to build value proposition for clients and property
- Strong analytical skills as well as experience in applying those skills in the advertising domain
- Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets
- Ability to aggregate and analyze internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights
- Sound judgment and flexibility in balancing program requirements, tight deadlines, and keeping people and projects moving on schedule
