Job Title: Senior Mechanical Systems Designer

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and motivated mechanical systems designer to join our engineering team. We are looking for an individual who can design and develop complex mechanical systems, components, and assemblies using CAD software.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop mechanical systems, components, and assemblies using SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and quality specifications.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and perform engineering analysis to validate design concepts.
  • Create, review, and maintain detailed documentation of design processes, specifications, and revisions.
  • Participate in prototype development and testing, and evaluate performance against requirements.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues during prototyping and production phases.
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies, materials, and industry trends to enhance design efficiency and innovation.
  • Assist in project planning, execution, and delivery to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • CAD Proficiency: Expertise in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and CATIA.
  • Mechanical Engineering Knowledge: Strong foundation in mechanics, materials science, and manufacturing processes.
  • Design Standards and Analysis: Familiarity with design calculations, analysis methods, and industry standards.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, time management, and teamwork abilities.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Master's preferred.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in product or mechanical component design is an advantage.
