Lead Corporate Legal Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Corporate Legal professional with hands-on experience in structuring and negotiating complex financial agreements. This is a high-impact role, pivotal to enabling and supporting our core lending operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for co-lending transactions, securitisation, debt instruments, and related security documents.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide legal support accordingly.
  • Liaise with external counsels, lenders, and financial institutions to ensure timely and compliant execution of transactions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in the lending/financial services space.
  • Strong legal knowledge and prior exposure in co-lending structures, PTC/DA documentation, and debt and borrowing transactions.
  • Prior work experience in a FinTech, NBFC, or Banking environment is highly preferred.
  • Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
