About Sunday Labs, we're building a community of engineers that's different from the rest. Our 10x Assessment Platform helps us find talent that others miss, and connect them with top product companies.
As a key player in our team, you will drive revenue growth and market positioning for our tech staffing business. This role combines sales leadership and strategic thinking to build and scale global go-to-market efforts from scratch.
Key Responsibilities- You own revenue targets for the staffing vertical.
- You build and manage a predictable pipeline of global clients (startups, scaleups, enterprises).
- You negotiate and close high-value staffing deals while ensuring client satisfaction.
- You collaborate with delivery/recruitment teams to guarantee successful onboarding and retention.
- You define and implement the go-to-market strategy for our staffing solutions.
- You create differentiated messaging, narratives, and sales collateral.
- You develop scalable playbooks for outbound and inbound growth.
- You build partnerships with VCs, accelerators, and startup ecosystems to drive referrals.
- You represent us at industry events, communities, and thought-leadership forums.
- You position us as the go-to partner for building world-class engineering teams.
- You collaborate with marketing to run demand-gen campaigns, case studies, and content.
- You track brand visibility metrics like inbound leads, referrals, and ecosystem mentions.
- You enable sales/BD teams with narratives, decks, and client-facing material.
- You work directly with founders on pricing, contracts, and market expansion.
- You mentor and enable junior sales/BD hires.
- You use market feedback to refine offerings and GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 7–12 years of experience in sales, business development, or GTM leadership (staffing, HR tech, SaaS preferred).
- Proven success in closing high-value B2B deals and owning revenue quotas.
- Strong understanding of tech hiring landscape (India + global).
- Excellent storytelling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to balance execution with long-term strategy.
Nice to Have
- Experience with international staffing or remote-first hiring models.
- Network within startup ecosystems, VCs, or global product companies.
- Prior exposure to early-stage or scaling company GTM.
