Business Excellence & Transformation Manager">

About the Role:

  • Drive strategic initiatives across the enterprise focused on operational excellence, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional teaming to break down silos and drive enterprise-wide value.
  • Lead identification, design, and roll-out of strategic initiatives for sustained business transformation.
  • Develop simulation models and scenario planning frameworks to assess and mitigate execution risks.
  • Act as a central stakeholder in the Annual Operating Plan process and quarterly target setting.
  • Guide demand planning across channel, region, and category, leveraging analytics and market trends.
  • Champion the transformation office agenda and drive the adoption of new processes and KPIs across all functions.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years' experience in management consulting, retail, e-commerce, or CPG companies in strategic or transformation roles.
  • Graduation or post-graduation from a Tier 1 college; MBA from a Tier 1 B-school preferred.
  • Strong data orientation with advanced analytical skills and proven track record of leading cross-functional projects.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset and sharp eye for detail.
  • Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills with comfort in ambiguity and rapid change.
  • Functional expertise in business planning, operating model transformation, and change management.
