Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned IT professional to lead the integration of Coupa with SAP and Oracle in the APAC region. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating project execution, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are achieved on time.

About this Role:

  • Manage and coordinate project execution, maintaining close collaboration with internal stakeholders and external vendors as necessary.
  • Partner with the Business Project Manager to drive the project forward, align priorities, and address obstacles.
  • Maintain adherence to project governance standards and frameworks, ensuring best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the project, liaising between internal teams, business stakeholders, and external partners where required.
  • Deliver weekly status updates via slide decks and/or verbal reports to senior stakeholders, including the hiring manager.
  • Evaluate and escalate risks and issues appropriately, tracking them through to resolution.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-level IT projects in a global environment, preferably within Procure-to-Pay or ERP integration domains.
  • Familiarity with Coupa, SAP, and Oracle systems and their integration points, with a strong understanding of their capabilities and limitations.
  • Proven communication, stakeholder management, and escalation handling skills, with the ability to adapt to diverse cultural environments.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, collaborating with colleagues across various departments and geographies.

Work Schedule & Flexibility: Primary working hours will be aligned with the EMEA time zone, with flexibility to accommodate APAC time zones for key meetings and deliverables.
