Job Opportunity: Operations and Network Manager

The company is seeking a highly skilled Operations and Network Manager to lead the execution of day-to-day operational activities.

This role involves coordinating between teams to deliver reliable and timely services, expanding the ambulance network by interacting with private operators in identified cities, and training staff to use a mobile app for regular trips.

You will follow up with operators and users for payments, assist the call center in negotiating rates, monitor critical trip progress, interface with stakeholders for issues, and escalate beyond control to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expand the ambulance network through interaction with private operators.
  • Train staff to use our mobile app for efficient communication.
  • Coordinate with the call center for regular ambulance trips.
  • Follow up on payments from operators and users.
  • Assist in rate negotiations with operators for various types of trips.
  • Monitor critical trip progress and address any issues that may arise.
  • Escalate issues beyond your control to senior management for timely resolution.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills for effective team coordination.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Availability during business hours via phone and messaging apps.
  • Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil languages preferred.
