Our organization is seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to spearhead volume hiring for its location. This pivotal role requires a collaborative individual who can partner closely with business leaders to understand their talent needs and drive the recruitment process forward.

Key Responsibilities:
  • This position reports directly to the Head, Talent Acquisition, and works closely with business leaders to translate business strategies into actionable hiring needs.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for leading talent acquisition efforts into Service Delivery teams, ensuring effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocols, assessments, background checks, and offers are in place.
  • Owning end-to-end recruitment processes from initial hiring approvals to onboarding, this individual will drive special projects/initiatives and ensure all aspects of recruitment and selection are adhered to.
  • Providing recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers, this talent acquisition expert will work closely with leadership teams to design and develop recruiting focus areas that deliver against business commitments.
Eligibility Criteria:
  • A Master's Degree or equivalent in education and experience is required.
  • Candidates should possess a minimum of 12+ years of related experience, with extensive experience in managing people, HR data, and HR systems.
  • A proven track record of success in fast-paced, constantly changing environments is essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think and operate autonomously are necessary.
