Job Description

As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by delivering high-quality reservoir engineering solutions.

You will work closely with the global modelling team to analyze and integrate wells and reservoir data into the team's current understanding. This involves utilizing broad reservoir experience and classical reservoir engineering methods to drive informed decision-making.

One of your key responsibilities will be to support Simulation Engineers in building, updating, and coaching others to use reservoir simulation models and ensembles. You will collaborate with RPPRM geoscientists, geomodellers, petrophysicists, and petroleum engineers to ensure seamless integration and maximum impact.

Our ideal candidate has a deep understanding of reservoir simulation competency, including knowledge of inputs, outputs, benefits, and limitations of reservoir simulation software. They are skilled in reservoir simulation, uncertainty quantification and analysis, well and area performance management, depletion planning, and reservoir management.

In addition to technical expertise, our successful candidate is able to communicate effectively (written and oral) to multiple layers in the organization, with a track record of sharing learnings and insights.
