Job Opportunity: Wiper System Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Wiper System Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering and a minimum of 3 years of experience in designing and developing wiper systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing wiper and washer systems, including motors, linkages, arms, blades, pumps, nozzles, and reservoirs. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Designing and developing wiper systems that meet regulatory requirements;
  2. Collaborating with suppliers to select and validate components and materials;
  3. Performing engineering calculations and simulations (e.g., Finite Element Analysis - FEA) to validate designs;
  4. Documenting design specifications, technical reports, and validation results;
  5. Staying updated on industry trends, new technologies, and regulatory standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Mechanical or Automobile Engineering;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and developing wiper systems;
  • Strong understanding of wiper system design principles and regulations;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;
  • Proficient in CAD software (e.g., CATIA).
