Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Wiper / Washer System Design Engineer with proven experience in the design and development of wiper and washr systems for passenger vehicles. The ideal candidate should possess strong knowledge of wiper and washer mechanisms, homologation standards, and manufacturing processes, and be capable of driving engineering activities from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design and development of wiper and washer systems including components.
  • Ensure compliance with global homologation and safety regulations.
  • Create and validate CAD models, drawings, and BOMs.
  • Conduct design reviews, DFMEA, and support prototype development and testing.
  • Work with suppliers to ensure tooling feasibility and production readiness.
  • Address design changes and improvements based on validation and feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8 to 10 years of experience in automotive wiper and washer system design.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools (CATIA V5 preferred).
  • Strong understanding of vehicle integration and packaging constraints.
  • Good communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Early joiners preferred.
  • Experience with global OEMs or Tier-1 suppliers.
  • Exposure to passenger vehicle programs and platform integration.
