Job Opportunity:

Automotive Wiper Engineer

Our organization seeks a skilled Automotive Wiper Engineer to create and develop wiper systems for automotive products. This role involves designing, developing, and testing wiper components such as motors, linkages, arms, blades, pumps, nozzles, and reservoirs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing wiper system components using CAD software like CATIA.
  • Calculating wiper zones according to regulation requirements.
  • Conducting feasibility studies and performing design analysis to ensure optimal performance and manufacturability.
  • Collaborating with suppliers to select and validate components and materials.
  • Managing project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time completion.
  • Documenting design specifications, technical reports, and validation results.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in CAD software (CATIA V5/V6).
  • Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerance).
  • Kinematics linkage calculations.
  • Experience with FEA and other simulation tools.
  • Familiarity with the automotive industry standards and processes.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
