We're seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to develop and execute customer relationship strategies that drive loyalty and retention.
Key responsibilities include analyzing customer data, managing CRM software, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and delivering exceptional customer service. Additionally, the ideal candidate will work on market segmentation and partner with project management to drive continuous improvement.
To succeed in this role, you'll need strong analytical skills for data analysis and insights, excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and team collaboration. Experience in sales and market segmentation is also essential, as well as proficiency in CRM platforms (WebEngage, MoEngage, etc). A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is required.
