Lead Customer Experience Innovator

We are seeking an experienced professional to drive our customer experience initiatives forward. As a Practice Head for our New Age CX team, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative solutions that meet client needs.

About the Role:

  • Create compelling proposals and solutions for RFI, RFP, and RFQ opportunities
  • Build account plans and identify opportunities in CX for new age target accounts
  • Develop a deep understanding of AI, Agentic AI, Chat bots, and other transformation solutions in CX space for new age clients
  • Connect with industry trends and create best-in-class solutions that meet client needs
  • Lead client presentations and manage internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for deal conversion, internal and external marketing, and brand creation for New Age CX
  • Collaborate with extended teams to drive CX bids end to end
  • Primary & Secondary research on competition landscape, clients, and identify whitespaces

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of working experience
  • 3+ years of experience in working with multiple new age customers in CX

  • Ability to visualize and articulate solutions that make sense to the target audience and customers

This is an individual contributor role that requires rolling up sleeves and driving CX bids end to end.

We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively as part of a team and take ownership of projects. You should have a strong background in customer experience and be able to lead our efforts in delivering innovative solutions to new age clients.
