We are seeking a talented Senior Implementation Engineer to join our dynamic team in Hyderabad, India. As a key member of our CXM program implementation team, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our clients across APAC & EMEA regions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop scalable, fast, and robust customer experience (CX) survey programs on Medallia Experience Cloud and Qualtrics XM platforms.
- Implement new features and optimize existing ones to drive maximum performance and solve complex business problems.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including implementers, clients, client servicing, and project managers to ensure seamless delivery.
- Attend regular stand-up meetings, prioritize tasks, and work with a sense of urgency to deliver value to customers.
- Work closely with other implementation hubs to synergize experiences and initiatives.
- Manage change control and project development plans to ensure effective planning and prioritization.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders via Jira.
Your Profile:
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in an IT-related role, preferably with a focus on customer experience, customer feedback management, CRM, business intelligence, and management dashboards.
- Experience and certification in Medallia Experience Cloud (Qualtrics CX & EX is a plus).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a solutions-focused approach.
- A disciplined approach to testing and quality assurance.
- Excellent English language skills and proficiency in MS Office products.
- Experience with different database technologies and professional software engineering practices is beneficial.
