Lead Irrigation and Solar Pump Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead our Irrigation and Solar Pump Projects division. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sustainable energy solutions and has excellent project management skills.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, managing, and expanding the irrigation and solar pump projects division of our organization. Key responsibilities include:

  • Complete ownership of project planning, execution, delivery, vendor management, billing, liaisoning, and compliance.
  • Ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining strong relationships with government bodies, vendors, clients, and stakeholders.
Project Execution & Delivery

The Lead Irrigation and Solar Pump Projects professional will be responsible for:

  • Leading end-to-end execution of irrigation and solar pump EPC projects from planning to commissioning.
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with required quality & safety standards.
  • Monitoring multi-site project operations and resolving on-ground challenges.
Planning & Strategy

The successful candidate will:

  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Drive market expansion opportunities in irrigation and solar pumping solutions.
Vendor & Procurement Management

The Lead Irrigation and Solar Pump Projects professional will be responsible for:

  • Identifying, evaluating, and finalizing vendors, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Driving vendor development and long-term partnerships.
Billing & Financial Oversight

The successful candidate will:

  • Approving vendor bills and monitoring project budgets and expenditures.
  • Ensuring timely client billing, certification, and other financial processes.
