We are seeking an expert in operational excellence to join our team as a Customer Success Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth through process improvements and strategic partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer success, with experience in managing complex relationships with clients and stakeholders. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

You will also play a key role in identifying and mitigating operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service. A strong analytical mindset, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive business growth
  • Manage complex relationships with clients and stakeholders

Required Skills and Qualifications:

A strong technical and data analysis skillset is essential for this role. Experience in settlement, reconciliation, and dispute management is also required. Additionally, expertise in payment products, particularly UPI and related systems, is highly desirable. A proven track record of project management and stakeholder management skills is also necessary.
