Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Strategist to drive customer satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer loyalty and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute customer relationship plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention
  • Manage customer interactions to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth
  • Segment markets based on customer data to identify target audiences and tailor marketing efforts
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies
Requirements:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex customer data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Experience in market segmentation and customer relationship management with a proven track record of success
  • Project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and oversee customer relationship projects
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with excellent collaboration and communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software and systems with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with a strong academic background and relevant work experience
