Training Program Lead

We are seeking a skilled Training Program Lead to shape the skills and knowledge of our Beauty Advisors (BAs), field sales, and retail partners.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing end-to-end training programs that elevate sell-through, service standards, and launch readiness. This includes building comprehensive curricula and SOPs, developing engaging content, and conducting train-the-trainer sessions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver multi-format training materials, including decks, playbooks, videos, role-plays, and quizzes.
  • Partner with product development teams to ensure accurate product demos and compliant claims.
  • Set up learning management systems, track progress, and report on impact.
  • Oversee regional trainers, onboard channel trainers, and manage external academies/vendors.
  • Manage vendor relationships and performance.

Requirements:

  • 6–10 years of experience in beauty/personal-care retail training, with a proven track record of leading large-scale training programs.
  • Strong grasp of makeup & skincare, with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
  • Bilingual: fluent in multiple languages; confident facilitator and on-camera presenter.
  • Data-driven; advanced analytical skills; familiar with LMS.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and launches; high travel comfort.
