Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to lead our AI education program development.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in AI and open-source technologies with a strong passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of AI professionals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our team to develop high-quality AI training programs aligned with real-world industry use cases.
  • Perform thorough analysis to identify learner skill gaps and design customized training roadmaps.
  • Incorporate cutting-edge open-source technologies in the training curriculum and encourage community-driven innovation.
  • Mentor learners through projects, live builds, and capstone assignments, ensuring practical skill acquisition.
  • Create comprehensive training content, documentation, assessments, and feedback mechanisms for continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness through performance metrics and learner feedback to enhance training impact.
Requirements:
  • Proven ability to design AI curriculum in collaboration with subject matter experts.
  • Hands-on expertise with open-source AI/ML tools, including Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face.
  • Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agent frameworks.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, engaging way.
  • Experience conducting training needs assessments and building personalized learning paths.
