We are seeking a highly skilled professional with expertise in recruitment management, marketing, and onboarding solutions.

Job Description

Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Specialist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting recruiting management, recruiting marketing, and onboarding modules.

You will work closely with HR business teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and configure system functionalities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead the implementation and support of SuccessFactors RCM, RMK, and ONB modules.
  2. Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and design solutions.
  3. Design and maintain career sites, candidate pipelines, and onboarding workflows.
  4. Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions.
  5. Develop and maintain system documentation and functional specs.
  6. Coordinate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across geographies.
  7. Ensure data privacy, security, and compliance while working on a remote setup.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 7 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 3+ years in RCM, 3+ years in RMK, and 2+ years in ONB.
  2. Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and support of these modules.
  3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, employer branding, and onboarding best practices.
  4. Experience working in remote/VDI-based environments.
  5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  6. SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) in RCM, RMK, or ONB is preferred.
