Role Summary
Our organization is seeking a skilled AVP HR to oversee human resources functions and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Talent Planning: Develop and execute strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Design and implement effective hiring processes, enhance candidate experiences, and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Culture & Values: Foster a positive, inclusive work environment through initiatives that promote our core values.
- Leadership Support: Provide guidance and counsel to business leaders and teams.
- Performance Management: Coach managers on goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
- Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for key talent.
- HR Operations: Ensure compliance with laws and regulations, manage HR systems, and conduct audits.
- Employee Engagement & Relations: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships.
- Policy Administration: Maintain policies and oversee compensation, benefits, and perks administration.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role.
- Strong expertise in talent attraction, performance management, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
