About Our Team

We're seeking a high-performing User Acquisition Manager to drive profitable growth in casual mobile games. This role involves leading paid user acquisition campaigns, owning campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive paid user acquisition strategies, focusing on return on ad spend (ROAS) optimization.
  • Analyze deep-funnel metrics such as payer conversion, average revenue per user (ARPU), and lifetime value (LTV), and adjust strategy based on true value generation.
  • Run sophisticated creative testing and iterate on high-performing ad types, including video, static, and playable ads.
  • Build robust attribution models and cohort analyses using industry-standard tools.
  • Collaborate with product teams on monetization strategies, funnel optimization, and LTV-boosting features.
  • Report weekly on performance, forecast accuracy, and opportunities to improve efficiency.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of experience in user acquisition, preferably in casual mobile games or performance marketing with a strong ROAS mandate.
  • Deep expertise with Meta Ads, Google App Campaigns, and rewarded video networks.
  • A track record of scaling user acquisition with positive unit economics.
  • A strong analytical mindset with fluency in Excel, cohort models, cost per acquisition (CPA) analysis, and predictive ROAS models.
  • Familiarity with attribution platforms and key metrics.
  • Experience running campaigns on both Android and iOS, with comfort working with SKAN and IDFA constraints.
Bonus Points
  • Experience with Facebook Instant Games and optimizing HTML5 campaigns.
  • A background in game monetization, such as in-app purchases and rewarded ads.
  • The ability to brief and evaluate creative teams with performance-first instincts.
