Compliance Specialist Role

Drive regulatory compliance across product supply areas, focusing on Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Laboratory Practices (GLP).

As a Compliance Support professional, you will work closely with various teams to ensure processes are efficient and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Deviation and Change Request handling, setting up processes fit for purpose in the organization.
  • Be the subject matter expert for Deviation and Change Request handling, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Analyze data of Deviations and Change Requests handled by the team, identifying meaningful trends and driving process efficiency projects based on these findings.
  • Responsible for data analysis of Deviations and Change Requests, identifying areas for improvement and deriving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Timely follow-up on defined goals and tasks, ensuring timely completion and review.

Requirements:

  • University equivalent degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • 9-16 years of experience, with 4-5 years of experience in compliance and QMS-related activities.
  • Trained and worked according to international principles.
  • Experience in GMP and Good understanding and experience of QMS processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and strong communication skills.
