Job Description:

As a senior site leader, you will be responsible for driving the implementation of our manufacturing excellence (ManEx) master plan across various departments and sites.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with the ability to set clear objectives, prioritize tasks, and lead change management processes within their department.

They will also have strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to maintain alignment between different parts of the supply chain and ensure seamless deployment of ManEx practices.

The role involves coaching and developing teams at all levels to produce performance results through the implementation of ManEx practices.

Additionally, the position requires expertise in loss and waste leadership and coaching, as well as the ability to develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives to optimize cost, eliminate waste, and improve operational flexibility.

The successful candidate will also engage with daily operational review meetings to provide expert analysis of performance improvement opportunities and support task forces and shift-based teams in their deployment of ManEx.

Finally, they will define and establish the site leadership team's schedule to support and lead the deployment of ManEx.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in manufacturing excellence (ManEx) or similar field
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to set clear objectives, prioritize tasks, and lead change management processes
  • Strong coordination and communication skills
  • Expertise in loss and waste leadership and coaching
  • Ability to develop specific manufacturing performance improvement initiatives
  • Engagement with daily operational review meetings
