Site Merchandising Leader

The RBS Retail Efficiency team is seeking a Worldwide Site Merchandising Leader to spearhead the global Site Merchandising program, driving incremental Gross Merchandise Sales and Free Cash Flow by 2026.

This role will oversee marketing storefronts, vendor-funded campaigns, and strategic marketing initiatives to enhance customer engagement across Amazon's WW stores. It involves developing and executing marketing strategies across 11 marketplaces and 44 product families/group lines.
