Customer Relationship Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting demo calls with prospective students, building trust and providing guidance on program details and enrollment processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct demo calls with prospective students to showcase our certification programs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students through regular communication and support.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet enrollment targets.
- Prepare reports and provide feedback on student interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer relations, inside sales, or student support is required.
- Prior experience working with U.S.-based customers or in international markets is a plus.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) are essential.
- Confident, professional, and fluent in conducting virtual presentations is a must.
