Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced techno-functional consultant to support customization and production support for a cutting-edge banking solution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the banking core system and configuration, with the ability to deliver customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting banking modules (Retail, Corporate, Treasury, Trade Finance and Payments etc.)
  • Performing requirement gathering, gap analysis, and functional design for new business needs
  • Delivering customizations, interfaces, and reports as per business requirements
  • Troubleshooting APIs and Java based extensions within the banking system
  • Managing end-of-day/business operations, parameter setup, and issue resolution in production environments
  • Documenting functional and technical solutions, configurations, and troubleshooting steps

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ Years of experience in banking systems as techno-functional consultant
  • Strong understanding on banking base and domain process
  • Good experience in multiple modules (Core, CASA, Loans, Trade finance, Payments, Treasury)
  • Good knowledge of interfaces, integration with external systems
  • Experience in parameterization, customization, and report development
  • Knowledge on banking system Development Workbench for Direct and Mobile Banking
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in cross-functional teams
