About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Otis. As a Sales and Marketing Expert, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, architects, and consultants
- Understand product strategy and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Identify and maintain rapport with key persons in major customer organizations
- Prepare and maintain customer databases and product strategies
- Market survey and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare and submit sales proposals and negotiate with customers
- Follow up on proposals and tenders to ensure successful closure
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in customer handling and sales roles
- BE/B.Tech and MBA from a UGC/AICTE approved institution
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience with MS Office
- Good analytical skills
