Sales and Business Development Professional

We are seeking a talented Sales Executive to join our team at RS Consultants. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion across various industries.
Main Responsibilities:
- Setting Sales Goals and Strategies: Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and outreach.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Quote and Proposal Development: Create and present customized sales proposals and quotes to clients.
- Sales Process Management: Utilize sales software to track and manage sales pipeline and performance.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: At least one year of sales experience.
- Skills: Excellent customer service and sales skills, strong verbal and written communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
