
Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled communicator fluent in multiple languages to provide multilingual customer support via phone, chat and email.
This role requires troubleshooting mobile device and connectivity issues, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and key performance indicators.
The ideal candidate will have 2–6 years of experience in international voice process or technical support, excellent communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish and English, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, and experience with mobile technologies and ticketing tools.
As a self-starter with a collaborative mindset and attention to detail, you will work closely with international teams to resolve technical issues efficiently and timely.
Responsibilities
- Provide multilingual customer support via phone, chat and email
- Troubleshoot mobile device and connectivity issues
- Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in international voice process or technical support
- Excellent communication skills in Portuguese, Spanish and English
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with mobile technologies and ticketing tools
