Almighty HRD Consultants is seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and optimization of our ServiceNow platform.

This role involves leading the development of custom applications, automating business processes, and ensuring seamless integration with other enterprise systems.

The successful candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, CMDB, and reporting, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency and supporting data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Custom Development: Design, develop, and maintain custom applications and integrations within the ServiceNow platform to address business needs and improve operational efficiency.
  • Workflow Automation: Implement and configure ServiceNow workflows to automate business processes, ensuring enhanced service delivery and operational effectiveness.
  • Integration: Ensure seamless integration of ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs and other integration tools, enabling smooth data exchange and custom functionalities.
  • Platform Optimization: Perform regular health checks, optimize performance, and ensure maximum availability and reliability of the ServiceNow platform.
  • Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, providing technical solutions that align with organizational objectives.
  • CMDB Management: Manage and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB, ensuring accurate representation of the IT infrastructure and related services for effective configuration management.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards within ServiceNow to support data-driven decision-making and performance monitoring.
  • Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the team.

Qualifications:

  • Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
  • ServiceNow Expertise: Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform, including its architecture, modules, and best practices.
  • Programming Skills: Proficient in JavaScript with a solid understanding of advanced programming concepts and techniques.
  • API Integration: Experience with ServiceNow API integration to enable custom functionalities and ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Workflow Configuration: Expertise in configuring ServiceNow workflows to automate business processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Scripting Experience: Extensive experience in ServiceNow scripting to customize and extend platform capabilities according to organizational needs.
  • ITSM Knowledge: Indepth knowledge of the ServiceNow ITSM module for effective IT service management.
  • CMDB Management: Strong skills in managing the ServiceNow CMDB to maintain accurate, up-to-date information about the IT environment.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Expertise in ServiceNow reporting and analytics to generate actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and mentor a team of developers, promoting a collaborative and growth-oriented work environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
