Job Summary

  Our organization is seeking a seasoned Business Solutions Architect to design, implement and deliver Oracle ERP solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of business processes and be able to develop creative solutions that drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • \
  • Develop and implement Oracle ERP solutions based on the AIM methodology with participation in requirement analysis, solution design, build, test, and deployment phases.\
  • Prepare all project deliverables, including setup documents, functional specifications, testing plans, testing scenarios, and testing scripts.\
  • Provide Oracle support and resolution to incidents encountered by users in their day-to-day operations.\
  • Interact with business users to study and analyze business requirements and assist them in documenting their needs.\
  • Design solutions to meet business requirements and document them in setup documents and functional specifications.\
  • Define test plans and test scenarios, and assist users in preparing test scripts and performing system testing.\
  • Provide functional training to key users, who will then train end-users using a 'train-the-trainer' approach.\
  • Investigate system problems encountered by users and provide resolutions.\

Requirements:

  • \
  • At least 5 years of Oracle EBS implementation experience on Release R12.2.\
  • Experience with Oracle upgrades from Release R12.1 to Release R12.2 is preferred.\
  • Strong experience and knowledge in implementing Sales Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping Execution, Purchasing, and iProcurement, together with Oracle E-commerce gateway for data exchange with customers and suppliers via EDI.\
  • Ability to design Oracle EBS solutions to business processes, such as automating multiple inter-companies buy and sell transactions with different business models.\
  • Proficiency in managing customer and supplier masters globally in Oracle and deploying Oracle Approval Management Engine (AME) to improve approval workflows in various areas.\
  • Experience in implementing Oracle Inventory, Bill of Material, Routing, Standard Costing, Flow manufacturing, and Discrete manufacturing for global enterprises.\
  • Knowledge in implementing Oracle manufacturing for highly vertical integrated manufacturing models across multiple manufacturing sites globally and for assembly line batch manufacturing processes.\
