Visionary Business Solutions Architect

As a senior business architect, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities to deliver tangible business value by assessing the current state of an organization and defining high-level business solutions. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to understand their needs, analyzing existing processes, and proposing innovative solutions that align with the organization's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Expected to be a subject matter expert in your field.
- Collaborate and manage teams to perform tasks effectively.
- Responsible for making team decisions and providing guidance.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decision-making processes.
- Provide solutions to problems affecting immediate and cross-functional teams.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and align on project objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional is required.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and analysis.
- Experience in developing business cases and project proposals.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technology solutions.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Functional.
- 15 years full-time education is mandatory.
