Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer inquiries and requests to meet their needs.
  • Ensure account services align with client requirements.
  • Maintain regular communication with team members to discuss progress and improve business strategies.
  • Generate progress reports for clients and senior leaders.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and renewal, and collaborate with the sales team.
  • Manage organizational deliverables using industry-standard methods.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience.
  • Proven expertise in Data & AI, including designing and architecting Data marts, Data Warehouse, and Data Lake.
  • Stay up-to-date with current trends in AI & ML and lead discussions on AI & ML use cases, business benefits, and implementation of advanced analytics.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms provided by Microsoft Azure, Google Vertex, or Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of Cloud Technology and Cloud Data Warehouse/Data Lake platforms.
  • Expertise in Data Governance practices, including leading solutions for Data Quality, Data Profiling, Data Catalog, and Metadata management strategy.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience crafting Statements of Work, Proposals, Master Services Agreements, Service Level Objectives, etc.
  • Successful revenue management for assigned clients.
