As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing strategic plans to unlock new revenue streams and drive business growth.

This is an intense, always-on, high-impact role that requires someone who enjoys all things business and sales, with a passion for juggling multiple initiatives and getting things done. If you're a true generalist with a strong understanding of business operations, sales strategy, and revenue optimization, we want to hear from you.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with sales teams on revenue maximization initiatives, including pricing and packaging strategy, demo optimization, and pitch development.
  • Set up tooling and operational processes for sales monitoring and revenue planning.
  • Work closely with CS teams on upselling and churn management strategy.
  • Own new 0-1 initiatives in international markets for expansion.
  • Develop and execute channel strategies for partnerships and event marketing.

You'll be working closely with our CEO to drive enterprise deals and develop strategic plans to expand our business footprint.

We're looking for someone with:

  • 2+ years of experience in early-stage startups on the business side.
  • A love for business and sales, with a willingness to roll up their sleeves to get things done.
  • Comfort with early-stage startup imperfections and the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
  • High agency and adaptability to make things happen.
