About the Role:


As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and improving presence on e-retailer platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute integrated online marketing campaigns that boost market share and sell-out of categories.


Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:



  • Partner with our E-retailers to gain deep insights into their marketing ecosystems, analyze competitors' products, and stay up-to-date with Etail best practices.
  • Translate 360 Category strategies into data-driven customer plans, continually seeking opportunities to optimize shopper conversion through relevant shopper insights.
  • Manage day-to-day business operations to deliver on Growth formula by activating all e-retailer platform marketing & media tools.
  • Ccoordinate and ensure timely execution of 360 activations at E-retailer, NPIs, events, and other initiatives.

About You:


To succeed in this role, you must have:



  • 3-6 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably gained from working at an e-tailer and for a brand.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in retail digital marketing at an e-commerce site, including SEO experience, traffic acquisition, and social media.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking, with expertise in playing with KPIs like sales data, channel margin, rebate, and market-share.
  • A proactive, energetic, and self-starter attitude with hands-on approach to business and results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in data-driven digital marketing & media programs, familiarity with major e-retailers' platform indicators, and excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Advanced Excel skills and a consumer-centric approach.
  • An in-depth understanding of online reseller marketing landscape and best practices.
  • Fluency in English and local language.
