Job Summary:

As a Team Lead - Operations, you will be responsible for managing a team effectively to achieve desired results and optimum utilization of resources. You will ensure team member productivity, training, and managerial tasks are completed as per deadline and up to client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily workflow to ensure maximum capacity to the project pool
  • Ensure schedule adherence for self and team
  • Overcome daily hurdles of absenteeism, erratic workflow, adhoc requests, etc. by being a people's person and conducting regular one on ones
  • Constant communication with the US offices through calls and emails
  • Perform random quality checks on volumes processed by team members

Requirements:

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate or master's degree in any stream is required
  • Strong oral and written English communication skills with problem-solving ability
  • Good networking skills across the organization to get things done
  • Training skills to conduct process, refresher, and basic soft skills training

Professional Qualifications/Experience:

  • 5-7 years of work experience in managing teams at BPO/KPO
  • Ability to de-stress the work environment under pressure
  • Very strong computer skills in Window, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Intranet

Career Progression:

Opportunities exist for career growth as Sr.Team Leader, Assistant Manager, or Ops Manager if performing well in the current role.
