Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced project costing professional to join our team. As a Project Costing Manager, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of large construction projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Cost Estimation: Create accurate and detailed cost estimates for construction projects by interpreting architectural drawings and conducting rate analysis.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Liaise with vendors, manage procurement inquiries, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project profitability.
  • Site Validation and Progress Tracking: Conduct site visits to understand challenges and validate costs, ensuring that the project is on track financially. Maintain updated pricing and track project progress to identify areas where adjustments can be made.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Document best practices and lessons learned to ensure compliance with tax and company policies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project costing or estimation, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Revit, and AutoCAD, as well as other software relevant to project management.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • Willngness to travel as needed.
