Job Title: Oracle SCM Consultant

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across multiple Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules, enabling them to bridge business needs with technical solutions.

This role requires end-to-end involvement—from requirement gathering to configuration, development, testing, deployment, and support of complex Supply Chain applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement Oracle Supply Chain Management applications, including Order Management, Inventory Management, Purchasing, Warehouse Management Systems, Advanced Supply Chain Planning, Product Lifecycle Management, and Mobile Supply Chain Applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into application configurations and technical designs.
  • Perform technical customizations and integrations using Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and APIs.
  • Support full lifecycle implementations, including setup, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support of complex Supply Chain projects.
  • Execute data cleansing, auditing, and migration to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with cross-functional teams for resolution.
  • Develop and maintain functional and technical documentation, including solution designs and process flows.
  • Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for users and peer teams.

Requirements:

  • 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Supply Chain Management modules.
  • Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes.
  • Proven experience in functional configuration and technical customizations (PL/SQL, APIs, Oracle Forms/Reports).
  • Exposure to end-to-end implementation projects (new rollouts, upgrades, or major enhancements).
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
