Job Title: Senior Demand and Supply Chain Planner

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the S&OP process, ensuring alignment between sales, operations, and supply chain functions.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize supply chain processes, reduce costs, and improve efficiency.
  • Analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement, implementing changes that drive business outcomes.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading S&OP teams and driving business results.
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems, digital planning tools, and analytics software.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or Business Administration (Master's preferred).
